Impossible to accept Smart Matches

I don't know if this is a bug or not! For 2 days now it has been impossible to accept Smart Matches - even those for my grand father:

Clicking accept button seemingly is functioning, but after few seconds the 'accept'-button returns to its previous state.

Is this a temporary or more persistent problem? I have not found a solution for this phenomenon in your FAQs.

  They are aware and are working on the problem.

  This is happening again and is becoming more frequent.
