A person named Gerald Sacks has blocked our ability to manage our tree. This is unacceptable. My sister died in June, her birthday i next week, and we are uable to add her death to avoid the birthday wishes. WE DO NOT KNOW WHO GERALD SACKS IS.

Well, you are wrong. You cannot edit her profile of the same reason that you cannot edit mine or others can edit your: It is a user profile. Gerald Sacks is just listed as the one who added her profile, but if you wonder he is close related to her husband.
To be able to edit her profile you have to report her as deceased to Geni staff so they can close her account first.
