Hi, I am trying to send a message to clarify some info with a long ago relative but your security enhancement is not working for me. I unerstand that you want to be sure that it is a real person sending the message but I cannot read the script you are using. There is nothing wrong with my eyes either. I have tried four different ones and have been told that they are all invalid. Why is it necessary to run all those script letters together?
