lost my tree

I had a very extensive tree and now I can't find it. ll that is there is a beginning  tree. 

My tree as being worked on by a geni match expert and they made a few changes. I wonder what happened to my original tree.

  As far as I can see, you have many trees, the one you are logged in on now is new.

  I suggest you log out and log in again with the email you used when you created your tree.

  Dear Sirs

  I have lost my tree...all other details of my family I can see but the tree itself has dissapeared

  Please help
