Send a relative invitation, but they are not receiving it

This states report a bug, and when you click on it you are sent to this. I sent an invite to my cousin on my tree so that she could enter her immediate family information. I have entered her email address numerous times, but she says that she is not receiving an invite. Cousin is Connie Karaly Vaughn, her email address is dcv777@sbcglobal.net.
