On my tree. I no longer have access to my mother. Dont know why. When I clcik on her, my aunts profile shows instead.
Maria Der is my mother but when i click on her- my aunt Rosario Sepulvados profile and picture is shown. How can I fix this. My aunt doesnt know the password.
I have reversed the merge on your mother, and removed the display name which was different than the profile name.
The merge was probably caused by assigning the same email to both?
My uncle Alfred Henry Gonsalves and Steven J Andrews are somehow merged, possibly because the same email was used to create both profiles. Steven is showing two sets of parents - Harold and Rena Andrews are his correct parents. Priscilla Gonsalves (Fernandes) is married to Alfred Henry Gonsalves and Alfred's parents are Julio Henrique Gonsalves and Lydia Gonsalves. I tried to correct the mistake, but am unable to, and I'm making more of a mess with Alfred and his children now having multiple profiles.
