Merge my name

I cant see my tree anymore: a box with information that a problem has happend, click to report problem.
The olny thing happens is that I come to a new  page that whants me to change my geni basic to pro.
This happend when asked to confirm that two post (profile) was the same.
The post was my one name created by myself (at the creation of the account) the system wanted me to merge with my given account name post with a post created by a relative with my information, this relative post was created over a year ago.

Another question how can a relative take possesion of a post/profile that I myself created first and them becomes Manager and not me.
They are not even blood related to my grandmother and father on my fathers side.
