I signed in with schultz@biz-clinic.com, but paid for it on sidney.schultz@gmail.com.

I would rather have it amalgamated into one.

If not cancel the sidney.schultz@gmail.com and get a refund

  I've initiated a merge between the two accounts and completed your prior merge request with the other tree.  After you merge, you should be able to set your primary email here: https://www.geni.com/account_settings/email_password
