i dont get any matches from myheritage, and the old ones i have are blank,mm,mmmm,mm,,will i ever get an answer

Trine Faye-Lund I dont get acsess to matches from my Heritage, only a message to pay them. Recently they called me and said that I still have membership, but it expires 1. november. And they asked me to adress the problem to GENI.
