Hi, 

 

Couple years ago I joined Geni and placed a lot of information. Then I changed my email and tried to login again, but i need some assistance. 

My original profile: Bruno Matheus Bassani

  Bruno, I tried to merge the two profiles, but since neither is yet connected to the world tree, I wasn't able to complete the merge.  Looks like you'll need to contact subscriptions@geni.com for assistance.

  Have you tried to log in with your old email, - if you remember the password?

  I inadvertently opened in Facebook - Geni didn't take me to my tree. Instead it created THIS $#!7 one. This was in Google.

  If I use Firefox it works (perfectly?)

   

  How can I delete this new Facebook $#!7 profile?

  Alan, you could just close the account then log in with your normal email.  Alternatively we could merge your two accounts so that you can use either and they go to the same profile.
