I seem to have lost my Profile and All Former Contents

Geni Support,

In 2013 I setup a basic account on GENI and input a great deal of information. My email was (and still is): alexwilson@avocetsoftware.com.

I had always intended to sign up for GENI PRO and to continue my efforts. I how have funds to do this, so I started. However when I logged in today GENI no longer recognized my email address and tried to sign me up anew.

My question: is all the material I entered in 2013 now gone or can it be restored for use?

I guess my second question is: how can I have any confidence that my information will not be lost a second time?

I love the GENI site or I wouldn't even bother to ask these questions!

I've never seen Geni lose a tree. It is always that the user used a different email address. Since your account has no parents listed, I can't compare your profile to the other 22 Alex Wilson profiles on Geni, but if we find a match, I can help merge the two accounts.
