Logged in Successfully by Changing Password - Still Need Original Data Restored

I have now successfully changed my password. Perhaps it had expired.

Along the way I received the following message:

"Your account was closed on Tuesday, November 18, 2014. Please follow this link if you wish to rejoin Geni."

I have attempted unsuccessfully to see any of my orignal data. 

Is it posible for you to retrieve and restore my original data as discussed in the message I received

  If you want to add some family members to your tree (such as your parents), I can compare them against existing trees to see if any match.
