The tree does not appear anymore it has previously however not working anymore why can that be?

  Hi Dean, can you please provide more details about this issue? What happens when you try to view the tree? Do you see the page continuously loading or do you see an error message? What device and browser/version are you using?

  I see the page continuously loading no error msgs, it worked like a week ago and now just loading. Im using a lenovo i5 and Chrome browser. But like i said was working now just loading.

  Thanks. We are able to load your tree without any issues.

  When you try to load your tree, do you see a white page or are you able to see the spinner indicating something is loading?

  Also, can you please try seeing if you can load the tree on a different browser or in incognito mode?

  So i see a white page with the screenshot sign and the dragging mouse however only white. I tried on edge however not yet in incognito will try that.

  Many thanks for your patience and assistance as we try to troubleshoot this issue.

  Are you able to view other trees? For example this tree for Wyatt Earp https://www.geni.com/family-tree/index/6000000003579770707 

  Have you noticed if other pages on Geni are not loading fully, such as the Overview tab on a profile page?

  Are you familiar with opening the Chrome JavaScript console (Command+Option+J for Mac or Control+Shift+J for Windows)? Please open the console and try to load your tree. Please send a screenshot of any errors in the console.

  Hi There 

   

  Wyatt's tree gives an error. 

   

  See i can open the tree where i see everyone etc. in the tree tab.

   

  The free tree within the family tab is the problem, the picture attached is what the console prompts give.
