Hi,
My mother has a problem with her account. Profile picture is wrong and she is not able to delete it because My Photos shows she has no albums & pictures. But the picture is there.

Jeff, Geni Curator It could be in someone elses album. Instead of trying to delete the image, just try to remove her as the person identified in the picture. Also, you could upload a correct photo and then set that as they profile photo. -
Harry Gruen Jeff - can you tell me how to add a photo to one of my tree profiles directly from my albums on Geni. My own profile I know how to do it. But for others it seems that it can only be done by uploading directly to the node. Is this correct?

Jeff, Geni Curator Harry, if you go to the photo in your alblum, you can identify people in the photo either indirectly (just saying they're in the photo) or directly (by identifying people in the photo). If this is the first photo identified with that person, it will become their profile photo by default. You can then change it later if need be by going to the profile's media section and selecting the photo and setting it as their profile photo.
