I have great-grandparents that were both widowed and then married each other. I cannot find a way to identify this. When I try to add the second spouse it just assumes that the person is new.

Jeff, Geni Curator Add the person as a new spouse, then select select the "More" pulldown and select "Move". Drag the profile over the duplicate profile - this will merge them into a single profile and place a little (2x) in the bottom corner allowing you to switch back and forth between the two places in the tree where she connects.
