  Can you explain further?  Is there a certain part of your tree that appears to be missing?  Are there any merges or conflicts around it, that would cause it to show one view verses another?

  when I click on tree nothing happens

  The tree portion of the site is run with Adobe Flash.  So I would expect that it might be a problem with either your browser or flash. You didn't mention your platform, OS, version, browser, etc, but you may want to try and install / reinstall the latest version. http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
