Karen Bosen I have tried several times to either add or correct date information only to have it say my changes have been saved but I'm unable to see them. Why is it so hard to change dates?

Karen Byers Me too! I glad to see someone else is having problems

Anthony Ginsberg I added my grandson - would not accept 10/17/2011 - it says Users have to be over 13 ( which I most assuredly am) - now it shows as 10/17/11 i.e 100 years old

Permanently deleted user In order to comply with US Federal mandate, we are required to remove the minor's 'claim' to their profile. This means that we will terminate the minor's ability to login to Geni and add information. However, the only information which we will remove from the child's profile is their email address.
Therefore, anytime there is a claimed account for someone under the age of 13, you will not be able to include their date of birth. Furthermore, anyone who has already included the date of birth and later claims the account-will get locked out. -
arthur francer hi, does this indicate geni's reliability??
