I have problems with input of location. When I fill out for example Chomutov, it shows correctly Chomutov, Czech Republic, but after save only province and country appears. The same happens when I click on Change location details -> there is only province and country and I have to insert town manually.
Could you please fix it or disable the "whisperer" so people have to insert all location infos manually?

no, not only with Czech towns, i am having trouble putting the information in with towns in Ohio, Usa.
specifically if i want to change something from Union,OHIO USA to add a township for example to say Union Twp, Miami County Ohio for example. the former would be incorrect since at the time the person lived/died Ohio was a State and there were counties, Union is also a town and a township in different parts of the state and so it needs to be defined since ancestor did not live in a town, WHICH he was born or died at.
there was not an issue months ago with this, but now there is. Many Many places are both cities and townships or counties, and to not be able to define them is problematic. to leave my person in Union Ohio is to leave him in the wrong location, miles away from where he should be.
This was a bug that has been fixed. Please keep us posted if you are still experiencing any problems.

I have information that a person was born (for example) in Hayes but that is all I know at present. I am unable to leave it as Hayes but must select one on the drop down list - which may be wrong!
