I am not able to send the free gifts or smile, can you help me? when trying to sent ex birthday free gift, I do not have acces to continue.... it's mentionned to try the pro version but I do not want it for now.... all my friends are able to send free smile or gifts help please......

Mary Jane/Muggies/ PeeWee I had this same trouble earlier this month & it got resolved! I'm trying to send an Anniversary message & Free Gift to my nephew and his wife whose anniversary ison Sept.. 2nd.. The page is all out of whack! Could you please fix this problem? It is for Victoria (Sobieray) and Douglas Duvall

Lewis (Dave) David DaMore This seems to be more than an Explorer 7 issue. I'm having the same difficulty on my iMac which uses Safari. Could this be a ploy to "encourage" more users to subscribe to the Geni Plus and/or Geni Pro services?

Liivi Murumets One way around this is to upload a photo or picture - a birthday or anniversary card or a nice drawing - and tag the recipient. If the person doesn't already have a profile photo, the card will be used as one.

Jamie Wolf i'm having the same problem - every time i click on "send a birthday greeting or gift" it takes me to the geni plus ad. :P
