Permanently deleted user Linda,
Would you please get back to us with some specific examples so that we might better assist you? -
Lo Come on Customer Help Staff - "Would you please get back to us with some specific examples ...." is an "Answer" ??!! -- Get Real!
Possibly helpful -- upload the photo to Geni if you haven't already. Then click on it; then click on "Identify" -- place the little cross over the person / person's face, click, then modify the box so it frames the person / the person's face nicely and start to enter the person's name in the box - it will pop a set of choices - click on the right choice. Do this for anyone else you want identified in the Photo, then click "Done Identify" (or however it is phrased). If this is the first tagging of the person in a photo, it will be his/her profile photo. If they already have a Profile Photo, you can click to change to this one. Geni's switching to using a box whose sides you could adjust, moving each side out or in, top and bottom up or down is a major plus. If after that, it doesn't show right as a Profile, you can delete the tag, then re-do trying again as you get a better idea of which part shows in the small box on relatives profiles, etc.
