Gift credit disappeared

I purchased virtual gifts but they seem to have disappeared.

Today a birthday greeting for my aunt, did not allow me to add anything even though I'm sure I have/had credits left.

Have tried IE7 as well as Chrome.

So, what happened to my virtual gift credits?

  So because you change your services, account balance is gone.
