2nd request for duplicate names and names in the wrong tree.

I have multiple names that I'm not allowed to merge, or delete.  And I have a wife listed as the mother of her husband.  The more I've tried to fix it with moving names, the worse it gets.  PLEASE HELP!!

  After using move, I got multiples of names.l  How do I merge them?  I can't get them removed or merged?
