Recover an account or a deleted profile

Hi Geni Team,

I had an account in Geni but I erased it. 

The data of the tree that I published are erroneous. How can I recover my account or how can I change the data of the tree?

  Suzie, I only see one profile for you and I don't see any duplicates for your parents.  If you're just looking to undelete a profile (not yourself) you can look at this: http://www.geni.com/list/deleted

      My name is James Henry Harper III or Jim Harper, James Dale McKinnon is my nephew, he’s allowing me to use his Geni.com account to try and invite myself back on to Geni.com. I never intended to close my account. My mother passed away last year and I thought I was closing her account. There’s no way I would ever want to close my account when I use it almost every day. I can’t find where to inter my Email address (jimharper@sbcglobal.net) so I can invite myself back on. Also I can’t find my photo albums that I spent so much time uploading. If there is any way possible you can recover my account it would be very much appreciated.

  Jim, I'd suggest adding a second profile (add a brother to your other profile) then enter the email into that profile.  This should send you and invite with that account.  After that, we should be able to merge the two profiles and I'm hoping it will keep your photo library associated with you.
