I can only access my bacis status and not the one I paid for with my credit card. I need a real person to help me and I dont know how to get one!!!!!!

How do I get rid of my basic one so I can use my Pro status

  Sue, Your profile shows that you closed it on Date: 9/29/2011. You were not billed for a Pro account.
