I have been trying to resolve an issue on my tree for nearly two months and have had no help despite numerous requests. How long does it take for a Geni operative to actually respond when a client is having difficulties? It is not an impressive way to run a genealogy site, and it stops me from adding data to my tree. Will somebody please do something constructive instead of ignoring my query?
