Help us please!
My mother forgets her Geni password and we can't send new one. Because her mail adress that uses on Geni, couldn't open. How can we change the password and mail adress?

Permanently deleted user To reset your password, please try the following:
- Click the "Don't know your password?" link from the login page
- Enter the email address associated with your Geni account and click 'Submit'
- We'll send you a link you can use to set a new password (and email address, if applicable)
