How to add info about the death of a deceased cousin who was a member of Geni?

The title pretty much says it all.

Before his death he was a manager of his profile on Geni but we do not know his login credentails hence we have no ability to update the info on his account.

Please advise.

  Please follow the steps below, so that we may assist in changing your cousin's profile status. 

  1. Navigate to their profile page
  2. Click Actions
  3. Choose Report
  4. Select "Deceased" as the reason
