I tried logging in with my facebook since I sent family on facebook the tree via the geni facebook app but it does not even recognize me from my facebook login. It's just empty!!!!! Where is all this work I input?!?!?!?!? I am so disgusted!!!!!! And Geni doesn't have contact info either?!?!?! If anyone on here can help please do. my email is mocherob@gmail.com

Have you tried resetting your password?
To reset your password, please try the following:
- Click the "Don't know your password?" link from the login page
- Enter the email address associated with your Geni account and click 'Submit'
- We'll send you a link you can use to set a new password (and email address, if applicable)

Louise Tucknott Monica Cruz:: Did you get my response to your answer above. I have no way of knowing if it is still an active request or should I submit it again?
My problem is that I cannot log in. Therefore I cannot change my password. I do not know what the original e-mail used was. I do not know what the original password was.
I tried to change my email to ltuck@telus.net. It would not accept the .net. I have a ticket #15571, request of Nov 18/11. I have some how created a new Geni basic account. I have added nothing to it. It should be deleted.It prompts me to pay again for the pro. I don't want to do that, as I bought it for two years, Sept 14/10. What I want is my Pro account accessible again. If the telus e-mail cannot be used, use the louisetucknott@gmail.com address. Can you get me up and running again please? I know it takes a bit of time, but would you please let me know this is being looked into and not in a big que.

Birgitte Lydum I'm having the same problem; Geni won't recognise my email (which is the only one I ever use) and all I want to do is delete my account. The fact that they have no customer service line or even a helpdesk pretty much says it all (you have to PAY to log a ticket!). How they won an award for best app is beyond me... I would like a response from a Geni representative ASAP please.
