How do I change a "no name" to a regular name?

I have my domestic partner as "no name". Her name is Evelyn. How can I change it.

  When you go to her Profile, do you see a choice to Edit Profile (upper right area)?    -- If so, click Edit Profile, and enter her name in the Name fields -- also look to see if "no name" is hard-entered in Display Name and if so, remove it.

  If she has joined Geni (there will be a 'Joined on' date; in tree-view, profile picture area will be outlined in blue), then the default is only she can edit her profile -  unless she changed her Account Settings to allow others to edit her profile, you will not see the choice to  edit the profile.  Actually - if she joined and she chose to delete her name (or to hard-enter "no name") then that was/is her choice - and even if she allows editing, I would consider respecting her choice.

  I tried these things and I still can't erase names and start over. I'm done if you can't help me erase these names. This is it. What a screwed up site.
