A person unrelated to our family has loaded ALL our details on here. This man has/had serious psychological issues, and now is missing presumed dead (Warren Rodwell - kidnap victim in Philippines). How can I get this deleted without involving our legal team.
Which is of absolutely NO HELP IN THIS SITUATION!
This person is NOT related in any way shape or form, and is in fact someone who caused serious issues for our family. He is now missing, kidnapped and probably beheaded, in the Philipinnes.
If he is DEAD or held for the next God knows how long how exactly should I contact him??? Somehow don't think Muslim militants are going to lend him a laptop, eh?
I want this removed, again - HE IS NOT IN ANY WAY, SHAPE OR FORM RELATED TO MY FAMILY.
In fact, I would assume this is a seious breach in your protocol. Anyone, stalker, psycho, or murderer can post any family history of anyone?
This needs to be resolved.
And you need to look at your procedures in cases like this.

I am still waiting for a solution.
I will give you until January 17th 2012 to resolve this matter, after that all communication will be via our lawyers. I do not wish to do this, but it seems you are hoping it will just go away and it will not.
