My mother's e-mail is incorrect, so she cannot login. How can I change it?

If your mother recalls the password she used for her Geni account then she can still login with her old email address. And then she can update her email address on Geni. Please see - How do I update my email address on my Geni account?
If your mother no longer has access to the email address used on your Geni account and you are unable to recall your login information, you will be required to send an inquiry to subscriptions@geni.com for assistance with this. Geni will then be able to remove your email address from your profile, where you will then be able to ask a relative in your tree to re-invite you back to your tree using your current email address.
If someone invited her using an incorrect email address and the profile still show unclaimed then you may update this information via their Profile page and the 'Edit Profile' button, click on "delete" next to the email address. You may then re-invite her using the correct email address.
