I spent many hours researching and adding 3 generations to my tree, and all of a sudden it's all gone!!!!! What gives? This was where I kept that valuable information, and it is all gone. I am NOT happy

sheila Mia Likewise. I am angry as I spent many hours and days trying to complete a family tree with 4 or 5 generations. THIS IS CRAZY. and unfair!!!

Hello Sheila:
I am showing that you recently joined Geni and have not added many people to your tree. If you had a different Geni account before and cannot log back in because you no longer have access to the email address used on your original Geni account to reset your password and you are unable to recall your login information then you will be required to send an inquiry to subscriptions@geni.com for assistance with this.
Geni will then be able to remove your email address from your profile, where you will then be able to ask a relative in your tree to re-invite you back to your tree using your current email address.
*Note: If you were the only claimed/active Geni user in that tree and there is no one who can re-invite you, you will need to start over at Geni.com using your current email address.

Nora Carman What happened to my FREE basic account? Why can't I access anything any more? Your last email to me never mentioned that I would be charged after your merger??????????

Jeff, Geni Curator Nora, The free account is still there and has more permissions / ability then ever before. If something is missing, it's not due to your free account. What seems to be the issue?
