I am having a LOT of trouble with logging in, so much so that I created a whole new account just to be able to post a question/submit a ticket. I have tried multiple times to reset my password with the email I have previously used to login with, but I never received the reset email, to my Yahoo account. Can someone please contact me to sort this out? I cannot submit a ticket as I am thrown into an infinite loop that doesn't get me to the ticket submission page.

Please check your Spam or Junk mail folder to see if the password rest from Geni may have been routed there. Please confirm if you may have used a different email address other than your Yahoo account. If you have not used a different email address and still have not received the reset password email, please send an inquiry to subscriptions@geni.com for further assistance with this.
