CAN'T LOGON - GETTING VERY ANNOYING

I have an existing account with Geni with my work email, although have forgotten my password.  When I click on 'forgot password' it wont accept my email saying that it is not registered BUT it is.

How do I know?  I have created an account with my gmail, I have looked my self up and sent a message.  The message notification has been sent to my work email, although the system does not recognize it.

I can't submit a ticket because I dont subscribe to Geni Plus.

Can anyone help me????
