hi my name is jason figueira my email address was figgy77@gmail.com. I deleted the account in 2011 for my own personal reasons. No I have an email address that i wish to use as jsfigueira12@gmail.com. As i dont know the password of the figgy77@gmail.com address, i cant access my original account which shows my wife as kiran figueira my son as jayme figueira and so on.... Please help me get put pf this mess

Geni Support Team Hello Jason:
If you no longer have access to the email address used on your Geni account and you are unable to recall your login information, you will be required to send an inquiry to subscriptions@geni.com for assistance with this.
Geni will then be able to remove your email address from your profile, where you will then be able to ask a relative in your tree to re-invite you back to your tree using your current email address.
*Note: If you were the only claimed/active Geni user in that tree and there is no one who can re-invite you, you will need to start over at Geni.com using your current email address.
