Regarding my deleted email address

Hi my name is Jason, I have deleted my email address and have no way of recovering it. As I don't remember the password to log in into geni. I had to create the account, but I would like some help to get back to my old account on geni as it has all my relatives connected and it would be a major problem to restart everything from scratch. Thanks

  Hello Jason:

  If you no longer have access to the email address used on your Geni account and you are unable to recall your login information, you will be required to send an inquiry to subscriptions@geni.com for assistance with this.

  Geni will then be able to remove your email address from your profile, where you will then be able to ask a relative in your tree to re-invite you back to your tree using your current email address.

  *Note: If you were the only claimed/active Geni user in that tree and there is no one who can re-invite you, you will need to start over at Geni.com using your current email address.
