I no longer have an email address of mssnyder@sympatico.ca, my new address is mssnyder@rogers.com. I don't remember my password , when i ask for help you send a notification to my old address that does not exist. how can i change the address changed on my old account without being able to login to my old account I can not send a help ticket because I can not login????
