I filled out the shipping address. then I press the Payment button, but the screen sends me back to address label . It also indicates enter Latin characters only . What is that ?

Donald Lee Leming I am a new member on GeniPro. I also set up an account at myheritage.com so that I can order the discounted DNA kit. I used the link to go to myheritage site and entered my credit card info and address but the "submit" button is shaded out and does not work. What's up?

Alan Simon I have the same problem. The Submit button is grayed out and I cannot complete my order for the discounted DNA kit.

Jeff, Geni Curator You'll want to contact MyHeritage in regards to why the submit button would be grayed out. It's possible you live in an area / country that has strict DNA laws, which prevents MyHeritage from offering you a DNA test.
