Remove relationship details from public searches

Hi there,

I recently come to find that geni is publishing relationship information of members in my family tree.

Just doing a basic Google search takes the someone to the public profile of my family member where they can see who the mother and father of that person is.

I don't want any information at all going out to do with the members in my family tree. Please can someone advise me on how I can remove this.

If i cannot, it may just result in my closing my account. Was disappointed to find that Geni publishes any information without me knowing.

  Vishal, Geni members can set their privacy and permissions in the account settings.  

  * http://www.geni.com/account_settings/profile_privacy/

  * http://www.geni.com/account_settings/permissions/  (note the option: Let the public search for me)

  Only deceased profiles can be marked as public and you should have the option to make it private if you are a manager.  I usually make profiles that have living relatives private, even if they're deceased, but that's just me - try to keep it at least one generation removed.
