Data protection act violation - how to have data deleted? No permission given to have data entered

During my recent periodical check, I found my name and my entire family totally blank without any protection listed on the internet, visible to anybody.

Currently, I am contacting the authorities here in Germany which has a very strict data protection policy in order to identify the leak.

Should I not have my data deleted by Monday, August 27th, I shall reserve the right for legal action against geni.com - for violation of the data privacy act.
