Addition and alterations only be handled by the Manager of the Tree once a notification has been received by Email from an invited family member. Once the alteration has been carried out only that family member should receive the update.

I received an E-mail from a family member complaining that she has received 14 E-mails in the last 24 hours of all the activities on the tree that have been carried out.  She now wants to be removed from the tree if she continues to receive an E-mail for every single adjustment. She only wants to be notified of things that she has requested.

When a tree is in it's infancy there are going to be many adjustments to begin with. I think that there should be a set-up time period and only after this

time  should a  "Group Email"  be sent to all the followers of the tree.
