I notice that a number of persons on my tree have changed Email ID's. So any request sent goes to a wrong email ID and hence no actions are being taken. Is it possible for me to change their ID's so that they are able to receive mails from Geni.

Bjørn P. Brox Only the user him/her self can change the email. They find the option for that in their account settings, which is in the menu under their name in the upper right corner:
- Email & Password update your email and password
Even if they does not have access to their old email account that email address are still valid as a login on Geni if they remember their password.See the FAQ:
