I need an Admin's help!!!! On 24 June 2013, I received the following from Geni in re: my request to cancel my pro account, but when I click on the ticket number hyperlink, I get a page that says my issue has been resolved or deleted. I haven't received a refund, and I have no way to contact anyone since no phone number exists. I'm close to calling the Better Business Bureau and my news channel about their customer service deficiencies. Here's what I got back from Geni, but to this date, I cannot figure out what's going on with my request:

I've cancelled my Geni Pro account as I am not satisfied with the service based on the cost. May I please have a prorated refund back to my PayPal account?
