Once a member of my family has signed up to Geni, how do they access the family tree?

  The best way to do it is to invite them by putting their e-mail in their tree profile.  That will pull them into the existing tree, which they could view using the Tree link at the top.  If they created their own account are are not connected to your tree yet, then you could send them a family request to allow them to view your tree and some type of merge or move will have to take place to connect them into your tree.  Again, if you duplicate their profile in your tree and add the same email, it should send them a merge request.
