Why do I get no Search Results ?

When I try to find relatives I get this message: "We are experiencing technical difficulties"

  Hello Hans:

  We currently are not having any issues with the search results. There was a known issue last week, but it has since been fixed (http://help.geni.com/entries/22127157-search-results-issue). 

  I see that you are currently a Pro member, if you are still having any issues please submit a ticket to our help desk for direct assistance.
