How do I show a change of name?

someone in my family legally changed his first and last name. How do I show  both his birth name and his chosen name?

  You could put his chosen name in the Display Name field, while having his birth name in the other fields.   There are also two fields for the surname (Last Name and Birth Surname), so you could use those to distinguish between the last.  Alternatively, you could put his legally changed name in the normal fields, then just put his birth name in the "Also Known As" field.

  Birthname is different than my marriage name and changed back to my maiden name please
