My son Dr. Himanshu Chauhan died on 29.09.2012 who started the tree. Now I want edit right

My son Dr. Himanshu Chauhan started the tree but he died on 29.09.2012. After his death I am managing the tree but I am unable to edit the profile of my son Dr. Himanshu Chauhan or edit details created by him. Kindly tell how can I get the right to edit his details and profile.

  Open his profile, then the Actions menu in the upper right corner and then select "Report".
  As report reason you select Deceased and then for example write the text you wrote above.
