Deleting inactive, former profile

I've been hunting for an answer with no luck... I originally started on Geni under my married name several years ago. I and my ex were the only active users in the tree. After we divorced, both me and my husband closed our respective accounts. However, we are still listed in the tree, and as married. (I'm most concerned, as my photo is also there).

 

How can I either (A) reactivate my old account (when no one else is active on the tree) so I can go in and remove myself and pertinent info or (B) have my name and my ex's removed from the site entirely?

  Looks like Robert logged in yesterday.  I can help you out.  We can merge the profiles from both trees and you can reclaim that profile.  I could also disconnect you from Robert's profile if you wish.  Send me a Private message on Geni and we can get this fixed.

  Thanks Jeff- I tried to send you a message, but looks like I can't without signing on for a subscription to Geni? 

  Rob was able to start a new account and reclaim his old profile (perhaps cause his name didn't change?), and basically deleted all the information in his profile.

  Would love your help with merging my profiles and also disconnecting myself from Rob's profile/tree. Thanks.

  Since Rob has deleted portions of that tree, I can no longer gain access. :(  But he should have the ability to delete your old profile.
