  You should be able to see all your requests in your "Notifications" (the number at the top next to your profile).  Click on Requests, then select Sent on the left hand side.  You should see the requests you sent and be able to click "Cancel Request".

   Thank you very much for the quick reply, but what I was hoping to find is an answer for "INCOMMING" requests

  You can just decline the request.  No notification will be sent to the sender.
