How do I open my message box?

Jeff, Geni Curator Just click the number at the top and you should get a menu that will list "Inbox Message".

Jeff, Geni Curator Top right corner (should be red if you have a message or gray if not), directly to the right of the search box and to the left of your name and picture.
[search box] [3] [pic][your name]
3 would indicate three notifications in this case. Click it, top menu item is "Inbox Messages".
